Damaged Items We take quality seriously. If your dress arrives damaged, we'll gladly accept a return and give you a full refund. Please contact our team within 48 hours of delivery. You should include photos of the damage in your message. We'll guide you on how to send the dress back to us.

Dispatched Orders We process orders quickly to get them to you fast. If your dress has already been dispatched, we can't cancel the order or offer a refund. Please make sure your order details are correct before you check out. If you need to cancel, reach out to us right away before we ship the package.

Refund Processing Time Once we receive your damaged item, we'll inspect it and approve your refund. The money will go back to your original payment method. Please note that it takes 20 to 30 days for the refund amount to reach your account.

Return Conditions We need the damaged dress to be unworn and unwashed. Please make sure the original tags are still attached. We can't process refunds for items that show signs of use.
